      Basic benefits, flex time, Rome, NY location

      Cons

      Unstable PLM system, poor management, no local IT support, unorganized with priorities, bias HR personell. Designers are managed by a very backwards and unreasonable woman.

      Some good people to work with. Interesting product

      Cons

      10 hour days standard with 1-2 Saturday’s per month. No work life balance and management doesn’t seem to care. Benefits below average. Managers do not engage with there subordinates unless it’s their buddy. One of the worst managed and managers in a company.
