      Great teammates: they employ some smart engineers. Good team managers: who usually try to understand what you need and fix what they can Challenging projects: most of the work I did was fun and challenged me as an engineer

      Cons

      Hard to change some things: they are a large company with a lot of management levels that does work for the government, so some things that don't make sense are decided in offices far away.
