      Bonuses are good but the bosses favorite gets a bigger slice of the bonus pot

      Cons

      Facilities are dated. Feels like 1980’s DOD buildings with new paint.

      -Pay is slightly higher than market average -The college reimbursement program is outstanding but must work with the company for two years post graduation or they require reimbursement for what the company spent and must work for the company for one year before eligible for the benefit.

      Cons

      -Very slow, almost zero opportunity for real upward movement. -Medical/Dental/Vision are offered but extremely high deductibles if you have a family.
