Other than the extra holidays that they gave being a Real Estate Company-there was no Pros to working there.

Cons

Upper management had no idea how to manage or what they were managing. Worked you until there was nothing left-then squeezed a little more out of you for below average compensation

Pros

Coldwell Banker's training program was very good, it was fairly comprehensive and helpful. There was usually assistance available if needed.

Cons

Upper management seemed to not care as much about their sales people as they once did, there seemed to be a serious disconnect between them. There was a feeling that management was not always upfront with their agents.

Pros

I loved the autonomy. It was fun being smarter than the manager for a few minutes in my career. But not a good thing for growth or stability.

Cons

The worst damn management you ever met. I thought their nonchalant attitude would result in more autonomy- which it did- but it also resulted in catastrophic results- mainly no revenue. They closed the office I was in.
