Nice agents, good training, many responsibilities to keep you busy!

Cons

Low salary. When given a raise it's minuscule and it's not even given every year. Note: I gave 1 star to "Compensation & Benefits" solely based on the low wage. The benefits provided are fair and decent at a reasonable cost to employee.

There are many great reasons to work here, but a big one is that the administrative staff is very helpful and the manager is great!

Cons

I don't see many cons for working at Coldwell banker residential brokerage. The only con of being a realtor are the fees to keep up your license, which isn't the companies fault.
