Pros

Coldwell Banker Select Realtors in Broken Arrow OK is one of the best places in Oklahoma to sell real estate. We have the #1 market share in the Tulsa area for the 12th straight year. The leadership of the company is continually looking for new ways to help the associates succeed in selling homes. They provide many tools that other companies don't provide or make their associates pay for on their own. They also have a vision of where they are going and plan for the different changes that are coming. Overall, I have been very pleased with them and can't imagine selling real estate for any other company.

Cons

Commission only jobs are always tough.

Pros

Daily tasks are varied and many are the type of tasks that very detail-oriented people would enjoy; one could never get bored; the working environment is pleasant and laid back, although not unprofessional (no jeans, etc); staff is generally very nice and helpful; most tasks and or projects allow for a good amount of creativity for those of us that thrive on it; this is a position that most will find very satisifying; customer interaction is minimal, but can grow to be more; managers are understanding of home life/problems and company allows for this; benefits begin immediately and are very good (not expensive for employee).

Cons

Protocols/procedures change almost daily which after time can be very annoying; learning curve is longt and it does take time to get a grasp of total picture; for those who have a life, overtime can be a bit much and there is no pay allowance for overtime; interaction with other offices (especially with long-timers) can be a bit choppy and unsatisfying regarding completion; having to deal with customers is not everyone's ideal job; you must assist 15-30 people and ensure they are happy to ensure they make their clients happy which brings in revenue (as told to me by my manager)
