Pros

Coldwell Banker is by far the Gold Standard. As a new realtor you need all the help you can get, and their training and broker mentorship are absolutely outstanding. Not to mention their marketing platform is second to none, giving you are large arsenal when going on listing presentations.

Cons

Their fees and splits are a bit high, but when you compare it to paying for everything individually (like at many other offices and brokerages) it really ends up coming out about the same.

Great company to work for especially for a mother. Flexible schedule. Company provides an enviroment for growth and can easily fit your family.

Cons

Current real estate market has limited opportunities but looks as though it is beginning to turn around. Alot of opportunity in short sales and forclosures.

Good promo dept. and plenty of documentation to back the company. In house graphic designers is a major plus!

Cons

Downfall is high liability insurance costs $700 annually where as other companies charge about $15 per month. Minimum 5% commission rate now....try telling that to some clients who can list for 4% with another company.
