convenient locations in and around the city area market share nice people in house mortgage and title is really convenient to use

Cons

comission splits are not good compared to other companies clique atmosphere not really much room for promotion or advancement in corporate

Coldwell Banker Preferred Is A Great Place To Work

Pros

Leadership is excellent and very focused on providing the best tools for the agents. Office environment if friendly and agents are quick to help each other.

Cons

The only con I can say I have experienced is that when an agent generates a client who eventually finds out they have to use a relocation company, the agent is forced to give up a large percentage of the commission that they generated through their own hard work.
