Pros

Working for Coldwell Banker has been really helpful starting from a rookie to an experienced agent. From Coldwell Banker University to in-house training.

Cons

This depends on the office but they can be stiff on your split if you're just starting out. Do a few deals and work with your manager on raising your # or easily shop for a new office.

Pros

good training, good about giving days off for holidays,etc, numerous locations, opportunities to switch locations and possible promote to mail office in San Ramon. I was also appreciated and felt appreciated by management

Cons

low pay, some management folks were not qualified to be managers, and they should provide more training sessions for all positions.
