Benefits, lenient with taking time for doctor's appts etc. and usually left early on Friday's.

Cons

The manager was rarely in the office, I was often left without any direction on what to work on. I would get my work done in 2 hours max, and then I was blind sided and let go after 60 days. They proclaimed it was nothing personal, I didn't do anything wrong, they were "going in a different direction."

It’s all about the Agents, and as a result the Office Staff are treated like garbage. We are disposable and the only time we are noticed is if we tell an Agent no. (Don’t shoot the messenger. ) The individual Managing Brokers can be okay but it’s a hit and miss if you get a good one. It takes Human Resources weeks to get back to you, even with Ethical Violations. The offices are consistently short staffed. It’s pretty much a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” environment. I wouldn’t wish this employment on my worst enemy.
