Talented people all around. People that have a knack for sales are given a shot at making a real money. And I would say that the best part is the people. Customers and Co-Agents.

Cons

Competition is a realistic expectation in this business. Money doesn't fall off the tree. But it's a numbers game ultimately. You must be fearless when approaching people. Expect nothing and maybe you'll win sometimes!
