Low Pay, Very Aggressive Work Environment, No Management Skills

Pros

I really cannot thing of a single thing that I found to be positive about the company as a whole. I worked for corporate (not a sales agent).

Cons

Really low pay, no opportunity for advancement, terribly aggressive environment where management makes it abundantly clear that they DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Everyone is expendable. Extremely high turnover -- people in my position stayed on average 8 months.
