-Friendly atmosphere -Collegiate -Professional development events -Entrepreneurial. Unlimited earnings potential, work as much or as little as you like, you're basically a small business owner.

Cons

-Salary -Success depends on initiative You need to find your own clients/prospects generally through old calling. Unless you have an established network that can provide sustainable/consistent lead sources, but that is the exception not the norm

1. Friendly Staff 2. The high volume of phone calls and faxes made the day go by very quickly. 3. 1-Hour lunch breaks. 4. Free food from vendors.

Cons

1. Some employees would try and use you as there own personal assistant. (Christmas Cards etc.) 2. Lunch stolen from break-room on more than one occasion.
