If your just starting out in Real Estate, I would ONLY recommend Coldwell Banker Residential because their training is second to none! Firstly, they have classes BEFORE you take your exam to prepare you to pass. Their interview process is pretty straight forward, great office atmosphere, fantastic ongoing training, professional peers, allot of support from various departments. I would still be working for this company if we hadn't have transferred out of Maryland!

Cons

Only disadvantage is the commission cut is lower than many other Brokerages.

Established Coldwell Banker brand recognition allows for standing out from other brokerages. Marketing tools are a great beginning for newer agents Technology utilized for ease of use and automation.

Cons

You're just a number within the statistics of the many who come and go. Lack of personal attention and concern for your individual success. Unfavorable commission structure for most agents.
