The marketing for listings is phenomenal. They provide sufficient resources to properly train and agent.

Cons

Management is not properly trained to deal with different sales personality. They are rigid in their approach to sales, not allowing for agents to properly take the lead in their own success.

My location had minimal management, and furthest from main office so felt left out. Very little support compared to seven years ago, and very little budget so hard to make agents happy
