Pros

Staff is helpful and friendly. Good cross-over customer service and office assistant job.

Cons

The training happens over time instead of getting quite a bit of training when you first start. It was tough having to ask so many questions all the time even after working there 1 year.

Great training by managers who care, great enviroment for learning, getting help and growing.

Cons

When I was there, was a fifty fifty split for new realtors for first year. Which is high but we did have access to printers, materials, computers, desks etc.
