Has great name/brand recognition at all price points (low-, medium-, and high-priced housing). It also has great software/technology for agents to utilize.

Cons

The company takes a large chunk of each agent's commission in return for "services" that many agents don't necessarily utilize or find helpful (e.g. educational offerings that are not particularly helpful).

Cons

No leads - lots of fees if you do sell. Company doesn't contribute much to individual marketing. Easy to get lost in the shuffle. No real connection to the office or other agents.
