Good benefits, flexible schedules, open door policy, family setting, group events, philanthropy policy to give back to community

Cons

Increases can be based on the market fluctuation. Realtors are valued and occasionally W2 staff feel forgotten, some old-school leadership from the top. slow progress for important transitions, every decision needs a committee. Male dominate leadership for a reason
