Office setting which enjoy. My branch manager at the time (Marone) was a true mentor and made the workplace truly enjoyable while getting the job done. Shame he retired since it was a true pleasure working there with him and the other real estate agents.

Cons

Not much - at times it got stressful but the reality of it was that you have to have tough skin at times.
