Cannot think of any pros other than talented coworkers

Cons

The top leadership is more interested in saving their jobs than advocating for employees. No support from the top but they expect us to learn new technology quickly and adjust to changing rules daily. We are micromanaged and not respected as professionals. Given less than 2 weeks to return to office 5 days when other parts of the company got 2 months. Most of the marketing technology is garbage.
