Pros

Great people and staff. One manager was amazing to work with and got so much done. They do not pay over time so being able to leave early if you stay late was nice. Easy to be there and you can leave the job at the office, it does not come home with you

Cons

Management always takes the agent's side for last minute requests. There is little room for growth. Bonuses would be helpful. Agents essentially pitch what the admin and marketing team does to get a listing, why shouldnt they get a small commission for meeting deadlines and dealing with people who are usually not in the office and very vague.

Great international brand. Multiple office locations. Great agents. Good affiliation with law firm. Knowledgeable stand behind you brokers. Easy access to multiple offices.

Cons

Very small split. Large franchise fee percentage. Relocation department shows favoritism and split is almost non-existent. Offices need complete overhaul. Company software needs updating and more public computers.
