work environment pleasant, compensation nearly fair, some great people, average+ benefits for market.

Cons

Read the fine print, you may not get out what you put in, generally nice people but politics/clicks come into play. Tight deadlines and crazy sales politics (it is Real Estate) and leadership is sometimes lacking.
