Work with a very professional staff. Coldwell Banker provides their franchises with excellent educational and marketing materials. They are members of a large relocation organization that provides leads to the agents. There are opportunities to participate in local real estate events and offer community participation.

Cons

The office does not provide formal training for new Realtors but they do have online educational programs for those new in the business. Their splits are lower than other local real estate offices.
