Great company support for both new and seasoned agents. This is a first class top service real estate agency that truly cares about their customers and agents.

Cons

Some local managers tend to play favorites making it difficult for less popular agents who ironically need their guidance and support the most.

A lot of training and support, especially for new hires.

Cons

As technology expands, CB is trying to stay on the cutting edge and jump in front of many other companies. The problem is, that with each of these expansions, there is a trickle down cost to the independent contractors (sales agents) in the company.
