All I have to do is sell. There are systems in place to take care of my marketing, lead generation and client servicing. My focus is on conversion of leads into contracts which means I get more work life balance than most other agents.

Cons

There are processes and systems that I am expected to follow. When I turn in a file and the correct process was not followed, it gets returned to me until it is correct.
