This company focuses heavily on getting new agents while forgetting about keeping their employees: - doesn't seem like this company is sure what direction they want to head in - a lot of employees have the same complaint yet nothing is done to fix said complaints -little support from management - you will sometimes have to work overtime... they will not pay you for it -the culture here is.. if you make enough money you can get away with saying/doing what you want -a lot of unnecessary drama between employees that effect the culture and work atmosphere

Cons

Poorly run demanding company with quotas. Yet they so little to help you suceed. Office catered to one "star" agent. If you don't keep up they remove your phone & desk, but still want 1/2 of your commission. Many agents left.
