Recent change at the top has created a new atmosphere at CB. There are still a few “overly impressed with themselves” bags of hot air here, but hopeful they will be gone soon, too. For the most part, CB is very forward-thinking, very supportive to their agents and offer us a lot. My commission split was negotiated several years ago and is up for reconsideration. By me. We shall see.

Cons

The fees are too high, plain and simple. CB “double dips” on what they take from our commission. I have always had a problem with that. Still bothered me. Those fees have made many good people look elsewhere. Much as we can love a com[any, at the end of the day, the money I make is in the top 3 reasons I decided to dedicate my career to real estate.
