Decent staff & management Conveniently located Real estate is an enjoyable industry Birthday Day was a nice touch— your bday or any day of your choosing after it in the year was a paid day off.

Cons

Agents were right no matter what Technology / IT support was sorely underfunded. Check printing system was archaic — centrally printed & overnighted to local Offices.

Cons

no salary no marketing support no leads for most agents except the management favorites management support is very minimal management are masters at wasting your time with pointless activities "bottom line, don't work for them"
