- Gave me some good experience to move to a more suitable company - met some good colleagues/ friend along the way

Cons

- Headoffice senior staff members have very little care for those below them. - Very poor at retaining their best staff. They've lost some very good prospects because of this. - very poor pay. - work/ life balance was very bad.
