• Productivity is based on number of hours and silly number of cases that do not reflect the real work involved.
• Software platforms seem to be from windows 96 despite claiming to be a technological company.
• Useless trainings that seem to be a pull in the leg.
• Some people treat you bad and unrespectfully just because of hierarchy. This is something pretty common of porteños.
I have worked in 1 star places so I can tell the difference. Places that haven't paid me and where I was just a slave for my employers. Among the job opportunities there are here in Argentina, Cognizant is one of the best options. At least, as far as I know. However, taking into account the Argentinian economy, it is evident that I had to choose the best of the worst that regretfully this country has to offer. With this I want to make clear that this is far from being an idyllic job but it is a good place to start.
