Mandatory working on holidays and weekends as per the project's needs. Salaries were too low for the type of stress and long shifts that we needed to do. At the end, I was handling a team of 20 people that had better positions and better salaries than me, with no recognition whatsoever. That's why I decided to leave.

This is something pretty common of porteños. I have worked in 1 star places so I can tell the difference. Places that haven't paid me and where I was just a slave for my employers. Among the job opportunities there are here in Argentina, Cognizant is one of the best options. At least, as far as I know. However, taking into account the Argentinian economy, it is evident that I had to choose the best of the worst that regretfully this country has to offer. With this I want to make clear that this is far from being an idyllic job but it is a good place to start.
