This company is leading the industry in healthcare IT. The people at TriZetto are wonderful and in facet some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. There is a work/life balance as most people here have families and also has the flexiblity to work remotely if need be which saves me time and money on commuting. Addtiionally, this company is growing and growing averaging over 60 hires per month. They provide a strong training program on their products and encourage you to get additional training and certifications to increase your professional skills.

Cons

Leadership. Although many of the leaders have changed in recent years, they are still identifying company culture.

TriZetto plays a crucial role in the healthcare industry. The leadership team is highly motivated, and since new leadership arrived, highly aligned and moving in the right direction. The associates at TriZetto are very intelligent and capable, and the company is an innovator in one of the most important industries to our nation's success.

There is a lot of change underway at TriZetto. This is all for the good, but with change comes uncertainty, but more importantly, opportunity as well. For individuals looking to be part of something growing, changing, and impactful, TriZetto is a difficult place to beat. For individuals looking for routine and status-quo, they may find TrIZetto's pace too demanding.

Paid little less than other top IT companies.....Joining date for freshers might be late ( for Programmer Analyst Trainee ) .....but a lot of job security......
