      1) Great visibility despite being a huge organization 2) No discrimination for juniors 3) Work hard play hard attitude 4) Seniors in the project provide great guidance 5) Lots of co-curricular activities 6) Associates can choose their style of work 7) Great place to start a career

      Pros

      Work like balance is relatively good. Global travel opportunities. If you are a native Tamil, then prospects are very good. Over time processes, have matured and HR Finance and other systems are good.

      Cons

      Too many employees from Tamil Nadu. Employees lack quality education and communication skills are usually bad. Over time these employees have become managers who don't have quality training in management. Pay is low. Now when the clients are more demanding, managers keep failing miserably. Many are scared to move off due to deterioration on technical skills over time.
