If you are non-technical person and a selfish person and knows how to cheat people(your team members),Use them cleverly and throw them away once the job is done.this is right place for you.

Cons

Just Everything ...I joined CTS 5 years back, campus-recruited (delayed the joining day by 6 months)..Management guy are mostly non-techie , talks sweetly -- never believe them the screw up your career. Pay scale is one of lowest in the field.No work/life balance. I heard most my teammates saying "this guy(proj.lead/manager) treats us like slaves man" One interesting trend i found is that ,almost 99% IT manager belong to specific caste (lol)..

Friendly HR, good team, good package, Big brand name of company....job security, ease of oppurtunity for career improvement / enhancement....no term bond.....overall very satisfactory......

Cons

Paid little less than other top IT companies.....Joining date for freshers might be late ( for Programmer Analyst Trainee ) .....but a lot of job security......

Good pay, decent benefits, there are lots of great people to work with. This place has so much potential if they could get everyone on the same page.

Cons

Trizetto is a place that is very organization dependant. If you get in the right group, things could be great. The wrong group, and well you will be in a living hell. I was brought in as a new hire into the wrong group. Managers had very little direction, other than to change direction with the wind. Development expectations were completely unrealistic (i.e. get this new product complete in 5 months; no the requirements aren't written, no there isn't any design but you must produce something...anything for a demo every 20 days, even if you have to throw it away). My manager didn't want us to communicate outside of the group (ever!) even though we were utilizing all new internal components that weren't ready and undocumented. When you are working 70+ hours a week, they wanted more. Really?? yup!
