      Pros

      not much pressure....solely depends on u if u wanna work.... no bond.... lots of time at hand....good work life balance can grow if u stick to a long term project

      Cons

      not so good remuneration... v.few onsite opportunities...v.few long term proj can get a huge bench.... poor food quality.... dont work for more than 2 yrs unless onsite is provided

      Pros

      There are few good experienced people. The projects with the scope of development technically and good work culture are found at the branches located at important cities.

      Cons

      Working in the projects in smaller cities do not have any scope of improvement technically and do not help in professional growth. The work done is not properly recognized or rewarded. The time management of the employees is bad. You are expected to work 16 hours a day and during weekends. There are very few development projects in smaller cities.
