      Good work culture....Less salary....Biased promotions.....Pathetic appraisal policies...

      1. Good working atmosphere 2. Admin services (But nowadays it is getting worse) 3. Career path switch 4. Good compenstaion for laterals ( ONLY laterals)

      Cons

      1. Pathetic promotion guidelines. They change guidelines every cycle/associate 2. Biased managers 3. Laterals will get more salary ( I know it happens everywhere..but people who work for CTS more than 5 yrs will get less paid than a lateral employee who has only 3 yrs exp) 4. When you submit resignation, you will get onsite . ( But who beg for onsite for 3yrs will not be given an oppurtunity) 5. Onsite openings are not transparent. ( They have a portal for that..but most of the openings are not listed there...)

      Aggressive environment Variety of options / projects Work hard > good recognition Nice environment Workplace is mixed cultured many newbies > less competition in higher level positions

      Too many chicks to distract (serious reason ;)) Stupid promotion policies No Gmail at work (only one hour per day) Too many restrictions

      1.Transparency of the management 2. Work culture 3. Flexibility in the projects allocated 4. Benefits(to some extent) 5. More opportunities abroad. 6. Chances given to employees for improvement. 7. Learning resources ( internal certifications, elearning, books24x7, internal training, domain training)

      Cons

      1. Not the best paymaster. 2. Doesn't recognize longterm employees(employees joining newly(as laterals) get lot of benefits) 3. Promotions/appraisals aremanipulated
