Several benefits At least 2 salary revisions yearly (Argentina) Nice working environment Very inclusive company Makes you feel accomplished
Cons
Middle Management is often lost in it's tasks, or fails to accomplish them There's a lack of consistency in the In-company tools Most offices in Latin America are very gray and life-less environment wise Promotion processes are not well explained and even managers get confused Salaries are not dolarized, which in Latin America is a big deal.
