Good to start your career as an Employee of a MNC. No Strict timings. Casual dress code. Work from home is also available depending upon your project. Good Cafeteria

Cons

You have to learn new technologies, nobody is going to teach you. Higher Management is not supportive. Will try to force you to do a support/QA project even if they hired you for development
