As a trainee primary school teacher who has block placements Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, being able to work at CodeNinjas on a Saturday is amazing! The shifts are only 2.5 hours long which means I don’t burn myself out by doing this alongside my placement, and since my placements are unpaid, it is extremely helpful to have the income. Management are excellent and great at communication - I can’t fault this job!

No downsides to this job - you get treated very well!

It is actually a satisfying role, knowing that I’m helping to shape the minds for young ones and helping them build their confidence through coding skills.

Cons

I wish there were more hours capacity. It would be better as a full time role.
