Pros

It was a pretty relaxed environment, and it helped that the center owner was very compassionate and understanding. Overall it was great to be able to cultivate an environment of growth, learning, and fun.

Cons

As expected for a tutoring job, there isn't a ton of opportunity for growth. Pay rate was also relatively low at $12/hour.
