Pros

The concept of the company is amazing. Seeing the children learn and understand coding is rewarding and the families really show their appreciation.

Cons

Lack of training and direction. I’ve had to consult with other centers to find out how to do Day to day tasks because an SOP doesn’t exist and the training provided is minimal and vague. It’s pretty much the blind leading the blind. You just have to learn from your own mistakes. Oh and the hours are outrageous, working 60+ hours a week/6 days a week. However some locations have owners that are more involved and help with the hours.

Pros

Mission: Teach kids to code by building games. No better mission statement than that! Great concept, great team and our logo, it's awesome.

Cons

The Franchisor-Franchizee relationship can get complicated at times. But I guess its part of doing business. Overall, it's been an awesome ride.

Code NInjas has an amazing concept and there is a massive need. The support and development staff is amazing and they are very much appreciated.

Cons

- True leadership is lacking. - CEO treats franchisees as objects and not his customers. - Corporate office cares about selling more franchise units and getting their cut. - Leadership doesn't care about franchises and has stated on several occasions if you don't like it then sell your franchise.
