Self start and interacting with people.

Cons

Everything. Company seems scammy. Owners don’t care about the kids actually learning they only care about money. If you don’t do what you’re told (even if you’re not comfortable with it) they will cut your salary. They asked high school kids ages 14-17 to go knock on random doors to hand out fliers, when I told them that’s not very safe and not good for the company they got very upset that I didn’t agree and cut my salary from $35,000+ a year to $13/hr.

Lots of fun, but not ideal for serious full-time career

Get to play Minecraft and Roblox on the shift, creative freedom with lessons, play with cool gizmos (toy drones, 3D printer, snap circuits, etc), teach kids wacky stuff they're interested in, flexible schedule, great coworkers

Cons

Low pay, management unorganized, supervisors are indecisive about standards, the student curriculum is dry and confusing
