- Looks amazing on resume - Fun, if management is good

Cons

- Low pay for workload - Lots of prep-work required on the Sensei's part - Company has the infrastructure of a startup, but the size and age of what should be a well established company. - Horrible user-experience for both the student, and Sensei internal panels. - Lots of discovery required to provide a reasonable service to customers.
