It can be satisfying to work with children and help them understand complex topics

Cons

Workload can be a lot, especially if you're the only one with a particular comp sci skillset. For example, I was the only person there that knew C++ well enough to teach it so I had to make my own lesson plans and teach via zoom which was very time consuming
