-Teaching children to code is very rewarding, getting to share moments of epiphany and creativity. -The work environment is well maintained and not overcrowded. -There is a variety of extra-curricular activities that help your work stay fresh.

Cons

-Varying shift availability depending on both season (more work in summer due to summer camp programs) and how full the programs are. -Responsibilities were often vaguely defined leaving wiggle room for things like sanitation, sales, and program development to be perceived as unsatisfactory, despite not being communicated as your responsibility.

The team and management were very understanding in terms of scheduling, as I was a very involved high school student when I worked there.

Cons

Was paid almost minimum wage despite being there longer than most other people and being a Lead. College students who had been there less time with less experience were being paid more.
