Pros

Huge Experience Boost in learning how to Run Business, confidence in decision making, honing interpersonal relationship skills. The staff, both above and below are phenomenal to work with under correct leadership.

Cons

As a full time staff member, there is little opportunity to grow beyond your role. You work with a cooperate group still in it's early stages of development where lots of mistakes can happen that affect you.

Great Opportunties for CS or Education Major

Pros

Learning opportunities for anyone interested in programming or game design. If you wanting to be a teacher it a great place to practice those skills. That being said if you are going into computer science you will be able to strengthen those skills by teaching children those fundamental concepts over and over. The work hours are very good for a student and during the summer most franchises run summer camps which can get you 40 hours a week.

Cons

Each franchise will differ. It is a new company still which is learning and adapting as they go. Expect somethings to not work correctly and instead of a fix it will just be phased out. Dealing with children is like rolling dice, you never know what you will get so some days you will be mentally drained other days its a walk in the park.
