Pros

Management and employees were super friendly. Shifts are not too long and they are great about working with schedules. If you are interested in game design or programming in general, it helps you solidify foundational skills and learn to teach others.

Cons

There is not much room for growth or full-time hours, but it was great throughout college. Some might find working with children difficult because you do have to have a lot of patience. But overall, I had a great experience and would say there are very few cons working here.

Everyone is close-knit, understanding, but also motivational in a way you want to keep improving. For young employees, it's an amazing environment for a first time job.

Cons

During the busier seasons, sometimes we face understaffing and working through that gets rough.
