Pros

I can’t think of anything positive about this experience. It has the potential but it lacks in all aspects.

Cons

The employer is too demanding and we are all underpaid for the work it requires. Everyday, it’s busy and we are clearly understaffed, makes me wonder why the company doesn’t hire more of us. No benefits, nothing.

Great for aspiring engineers to learn to explain code to people who don't understand code at all. it also helps teach how to code in general for one's own. Great place to have on resume, and also great for experience in general.

Cons

Maybe management depending on owner, and also, depending on owner, hires too little people ton work.
