As this is a Franchise, experiences will vary depending on what center you work for. The focus is on teaching the kids, but to do that you get to learn/practice programming and essentially play with all sorts of STEM toys so that you are able to teach the kids.

Cons

Again, experiences will vary, but there are a couple of things that are an issue across the board. The biggest issues are with the curriculum and software. The curriculum can be lacking and prone to errors, but the bigger issues are that the software is buggy and there is a lack of good documentation. HQ is working to improve it, but it can be a pain to deal with at times.
