Pros
I worked in the Reno location and it had a great work environment where you don't feel like just an employee, but part of the family. Management and staff were super friendly and accommodating to the school schedule, especially as a college student. Not long hours and working with the kids was enriching and fulfilling as you not only built relationships with the students and helped in the comprehension of the material, but gained vital skills in communication and got to improve coding expertise through repetition.
Cons
There's not a lot of opportunity for full-time and working with kids might prove a difficult experience due to needing a lot of patience and needing to understand how to handle different personalities when working with children. Overall, it was still a great experience.
