Great coworkers, relaxed environment, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Camp subjects will vary from week to week, some are more fun to teach, others can be a drag - it's important to be able to switch gears, especially because the kids that come in will vary in skill levels and some will need more attention and help/more rigor in the program than others.
